We take pride in the meals prepared and served at Spring Lake Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation. Each week, residents enjoy a variety of familiar favorites such as meatloaf, fried catfish, chicken fried steak, and roast beef with gravy, along with fresh salads, homemade soups, and a variety of vegetables.
Each resident has the opportunity to meet with a dietitian to review their individual nutritional needs. In coordination with medical staff, dietary requirements are incorporated into daily meal planning to ensure meals align with physician-directed guidelines while supporting overall health and comfort.
